About Us

Terminal Bersepadu Gombak Sdn Bhd. (TEGAS) was established in 2009 sanctioned by the Malaysian Government under Build-Lease-Maintain-Operate-Transfer (BLMOT) model to be the Concession Company for this Private-Public-Partnership Project.
The concession is for 25 years after which the Facility will be surrendered back to the Malaysian Government after its expiry in year 2030.
The Development is part of the NKRA Initiative under the 11th Malaysian Plan to disperse vehicular traffic (buses) from the city center to the fringes. ITT Gombak (as it was known then) is to cater for the Eastern and North bounds trips.
Gombak is strategically located to serve the traffic from the MRR2 and also to interface with the LRT last station.
TBG, as it is now called, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Landasan Kapital (M) Sdn. Bhd. – a Malay-owned G7 Contracting Company registered with CIDB.
The Terminal is designed and equipped to meet the Tier-1 Status by the Approving Authority of the Ministry of Transport – APAD.
